Wild School brings academics and real-world experiences together. Children may study ecology while exploring a Florida ecosystem, practice biology through field observations, learn about plants through foraging, or develop problem-solving skills through bushcraft and survival activities.

Wild School is designed to be an immersive, hands-on learning experience. Students should be prepared to get outside, get curious, and get a little messy!

Activities and experiences may include field observations, plant and wildlife identification, environmental investigations, nature journaling, hands-on experiments, outdoor exploration, and field trips.

💰 Course Fee

$270 per child for the complete 6-week semester

  • One-time semester payment of $270 or Pay per week with $50 enrollment/Registration fee

  • Direct Pay Provider through Step Up For Students

  • Private Payment options currently available: cash or check , Venmo or pay via website store & Checkout.

What to Expect at Wilder Roots Wild School 🌿

Nature-Based Science & Outdoor Learning

Wild School is a hands-on, nature-based educational program blending experimental environmental science, ecology, applied botany, and wildlife studies through outdoor exploration and real-world experiences.

Students will learn through observation, experimentation, field studies, nature exploration, and hands-on activities designed to encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and a deeper understanding of the natural world. The program incorporates a faith-based perspective that encourages students to explore and appreciate God's creation through scientific discovery.

Format: One day per week • 6-week semester
Day: Thursdays
Time: 12:30 PM–3:30 PM
Dates: September 10th– October 15, 2026
Maximum Enrollment: 20 children
